=Sum(range)

Sum function adds all the values in the specified range or ranges or entered values or combination of both range and values.

syntax

=COUNT(RANGE,RANGE,VALUE,VALUE)

=COUNT(RANGE)

=COUNT(RANGE,VALUE)

=COUNT(RANGE,RANGE)

Very minor difference between COUNT & COUNTA, COUNT function counts only numbers ignores rest all, COUNTA function counts all except blank cells.

4,5,6) Min, MAX, AVERAGE

MIN, MAX & AVERAGE function works only on numeric values, min returns the minimum of specified numbers/ranges, max returns the maximum of values, average returns the average of values speced.

7) VLOOKUP

=VLOOKUP(VALUETOLOOKUP,TABLE,RETURNCOLUMN,rangelookup)

VALUETOLOOKUP = value to look for in first column of specified table

TABLE = table range to look for value in column 1 of VALUETOLOOKUP

RETURNCOLUMN = column number of return value

rangelookup = specify False if you want exact match else specify True
